AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT
SPRING 2010 INFORMATION
This 9 week session begins the week of April 12th through June 11th. See the schedule on the tab at the right.
Sign-ups will be Tuesday, April 6 & Wednesday, April 7 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am.
Enrollment takes place at the lunchroom tables near the cafeteria and outside the auditorium. It is on a first come, first served basis as most classes have limited enrollment. Those people doing traffic duty will be processed before those in line as they are volunteering for the school. Your child is considered enrolled in the class when his/her name, phone, and class is written on the roster and we have received your check. Because this is a first come first serve basis, we need to be fair to all families by not allowing parents to save a space in line for friends who arrive later. Also, parents are not allowed to enroll any children other than their own. As stated above, space is limited so arrive early, bring your newspaper and coffee and we will get you through the registration process as soon as possible.
PAYMENT
SEPARATE CHECKS FOR EACH CLASS PLEASE! MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO KCPSG. PLEASE PUT YOUR CHILD’S NAME, CLASSROOM AND “AFTERSCHOOL CLASS” IN THE MEMO PORTION OF THE CHECK.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds after January 25.
MINIMUM DAYS & MAKEUP SESSIONS
Most vacations/short days have been taken into account in planning, but any necessary makeup sessions will be scheduled after the session ends. There is no school or minimum days on certain days and makeup sessions will be scheduled after the session ends. Makeup sessions will be arranged by the instructor for any missed sessions.
KINDERGARTEN
PLEASE NOTE: Parents of kindergarten students are responsible for getting their children to and from the after-school enrichment classes offered any time later than 2:00p.m. LAUSD nor PSG employees are permitted to walk students to these classes.
