WHAT IS THE PARTY BOOK?
Welcome to the Kenter Canyon Elementary Party Book!!!!
This year’s Party Book contains more than 35 events for Kenter Canyon families. The Party Book is such a great fundraiser since it promotes the sense of community that epitomizes Kenter Canyon Elementary, and raises lots of money to support our amazing and enriching programs.
HOW TO SIGN-UP
- Browse through the parties listed below.
- Complete the registration form found as a .pdf version is in the box to the right to download. All information is required, if incomplete, your spot will not be reserved. Drop off the completed form (with a check or credit card information) in the Party Book mailbox in the main office or email it to Amy Bersch at abersch@adelphia.net.

PB 7 Tee Time at Mountaingate Country Club: Enjoy an exciting round of golf at the exclusive Mountaingate Country Club during its Toys for Tots Golf Event! When signing up please select your pair or foursome. Pairs and singles will be automatically paired up. Resrvations need to be made no later than December 4, 2009.

PB 9 Mardi Gras in the Brentwood Glen: Support Kenter Mardi Gras style! We'll let the good times roll as we feast on New Orleans' food, drink and music. Join the parade between three houses in Brentwood Glen for appetizers, dinner and dessert. Party beads included. We promise a "hurricane" of fun.

PB 10 Poker Night: Take a chance and join Kenter Canyon poker players for a Texas No Limit Hold 'Em Tournament. Bring your game face and we'll supply the food and drinks. There will be an instructional period for those who are new to the game. Structure: 1 hour re-buy period ($25 for 1/2 of original chips), 20 minutes rounds. Top winners will receive fabulous prizes.

PB 22 VIP Tour of the Los Angeles Coliseum: Tour the home of the USC Trojan Football team – the world famous LA Memorial Coliseum. Kids and parents will experience a rare and exciting behind the scenes look at the Trojan team locker room, visitor team locker room, player tunnels, press box, walk on the playing field. Plus, an appearance by a USC SPECIAL GUEST! Guests must provide own transportation to and from the coliseum.

PB 30 Kenter Canyon Movie Night: Join us for the 3rd annual Kenter Canyon Movie Night and watch an outdoor movie with a 16' x 9' screen. Bring a blanket, flashlight and watch a classic under the stars on the North Yard.

PB 31 Family Fun Day at a Malibu Beach House: This day will be filled with the of intense indulgence of the amazing beach life.... Jumpies, sand castle competition, water balloon toss game...prizes! Jewelry, clothes, beauty by Shu Uemura make up artist, surfing lessons, live entertainment and much, much more…All merchandise and surfing lessons will be offered at a 50% to 60% discount! PB 32 Boys and Girls Soccer Tournament: Join your Kenter friends for a school-wide soccer tournament. All grade levels play! 1st game: K vs. 1st grade (18 players), 2nd game: 2nd vs. 3rd grade (20 players) and 3rd game: 4th vs. 5th grade (22 players). Trophies and medals. All games will last 20 minutes. Snacks and drinks will be available for sale.

2009 – 2010 Reservations, Payment Policies and Procedures
- Events are open to Kenter Canyon families first. If there are any available spaces remaining, they may be offered to extended family and friends.
- No reservations will be accepted from anyone under 18 years of age.
- You can also drop off your completed reservation form (with payment and all the required information listed below) in the Party Book mail box in the main office or email your completed reservation form to Amy Bersch at abersch@adelphia.net.
- ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- A reservation constitutes a commitment to pay. In the event you are unable to attend, your payment will be considered a donation to Kenter Canyon PSG and will not be refunded.
- In the event of rain or circumstances beyond the hosts’ control, the hosts may at his/her discretion reschedule or cancel the party.
- You will be contacted by your host(s) prior to each event to re-confirm the details.
