CURRICULUMAG edits (1 of 6)
At each grade level, students will focus on three areas of science: Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science. In Physical Science, students will learn about matter, energy and forces. In Earth Science, students will learn about different aspects of the Earth from water and weather to rocks and erosion. In Life Science, students will focus on plants and animals learning about their structures, functions, and habitats. Students will also have opportunities to design and build models as Science Curriculum in California transitions to Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS).
